Sometimes you just gotta eat grilled chicken and salad. Because every night can't be filled fabulous and various ways to use mashed cauliflower😂
Tonight I simply grilled chicken with olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
Salad: 2 big handfuls Spinach, 1 T. apple juice sweetened cranberries, 1 T. pistachios and 1 T. Blue cheese.
Dressing: Lemon infused olive oil, white wine vinegar, seal salt, and mustard.
