Atomic Fuel โš› Asian Chicken Salad

Super Easy Lunch or dinner! Now that the sun is out and it's getting warmer, fresh foods are on the brain


  • Grilled Chicken Breasts. Seasoned with curry, coriander, sea salt, Braggs, and garlic. Chili flakes for spice.ย 

  • Mandarin orange slices. Or apples or pears.๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŠ

  • Chopped greens. We used romaine and rainbow chard.๐ŸŒˆ๐ŸŒฑ

  • Chopped green onions.ย 

  • Other veggies to use. Cilantro, bell peppers, spinach, corn, carrots, cucumbers and celery.๐Ÿฅ•

  • Chopped nuts and seeds. Use no more than 1/4 cup per salad. Sesame seeds, peanuts or cashews.ย 

  • Dressing option. Orange juice, toasted sesame oil, Braggs, rice or Apple cider vinegar, pinch sea salt and little mustard.ย
