Super Easy Lunch or dinner! Now that the sun is out and it's getting warmer, fresh foods are on the brain
Grilled Chicken Breasts. Seasoned with curry, coriander, sea salt, Braggs, and garlic. Chili flakes for spice.
Mandarin orange slices. Or apples or pears.🍐🍎🍊
Chopped greens. We used romaine and rainbow chard.🌈🌱
Chopped green onions.
Other veggies to use. Cilantro, bell peppers, spinach, corn, carrots, cucumbers and celery.🥕
Chopped nuts and seeds. Use no more than 1/4 cup per salad. Sesame seeds, peanuts or cashews.
Dressing option. Orange juice, toasted sesame oil, Braggs, rice or Apple cider vinegar, pinch sea salt and little mustard.
