Workout:

IWT!!! 1) 10x clean @ 50% 1RM + 2:00 minute AirDyne (15sec Hard/15sec "Less Hard") + 2:00 minute Rest Three Rounds Then: 5 minute intermission (including 3rd-2min Rest period above)

2) 5x Deadlift + 5x KB Jerk + 3:00 minute + bag rounds 2:00 minute Rest Three Rounds Then: 5 minute intermission (including 3rd-2min Rest period above)

3) (1-6) Pull-up Ladder (1-6) Push-up Ladder

Alphabet stir the pot 90 seconds ATOMIC SIT UPS 90 seconds
